Sevendust's lead guitarist, Lowery is a melodic player whose recorded tone has run through a Mesa/Boogie Mark IV for nearly his entire career ('the MKIV for pretty much my whole career'). On 2003's Seasons he tracked his PRS into the Mark IV's high-gain channel in Sevendust's signature low-B drop tuning, pairing crushing rhythm with the band's hallmark vocal-harmony melodicism.
