When the Curtain Falls

Greta Van Fleet's swaggering lead single from 2018's Anthem of the Peaceful Army, cut at Blackbird and Rustbelt with the 'Rust Brothers' (Al Sutton, Marlon Young, Herschel Boone). For this era Jake Kiszka's documented rig was his 1961 Gibson SG into a Marshall Astoria head and a 1982A 4x12, pushed by an MXR Micro Amp boost with twin EHX Holy Grail reverbs -- a cleaner, punchier Marshall than his Plexi sound. The studio also blended an AC30 with the Marshall. ~96 BPM, standard tuning.
